Parish lectors may use this form to submit their availability for scheduling. If you are not yet a lector, but would like to be, please speak with Fr. Jason or contact the parish office. 

Please submit your availability by the 15th of each month for the upcoming month.  Please include ALL dates you are available. You will only be scheduled for two Masses each month unless you request otherwise. Thank you!
